Price of Welcome Orlando Villa

The prices of per week and per day are full inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at $175 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $90. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of $200 is due along with the final balance 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company within 10 days of departure.

Terms

On receipt of the deposit, we will confirm the booking in writing (and by email). The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (oversee will be 60 days). The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pool heating (recommended October - May) is an optional additional cost ($25 per day, minimum 5 days). Bookings of 6 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of $90. Prices do not include Florida Sales tax of 12%.
